Course Overview
The Scrum Master Elite is all about empirical thinking and living the Scrum Values and Agile Mindset.
The Scrum Master Elite is more than just a course—it’s a dynamic journey. We recognise that every situation, participant, and day brings unique challenges and opportunities. That’s why each session is carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of each cohort. Just as your teams and organisations encounter diverse realities, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The real strength lies in embracing Scrum Values and the principles of empiricism, guiding us through the complexities of this ever-evolving landscape.
Over the course of 3-4 months, with 8 bi-weekly 2-hour sessions. We’ll help you strengthen your muscle memory as a Scrum Master. Through focused coaching, mentoring, reflection, and introspection. You’ll deepen your knowledge and refine your behaviours, empowering you to make your team(s) more effective in delivering value.
