Over the course of 3-4 months, with 8 bi-weekly 2-hour sessions, we’ll help you strengthen your muscle memory as a Product Owner. Through focused coaching, mentoring, reflection, and introspection, you’ll deepen your knowledge and refine your behaviours, empowering you to deliver great outcomes.

- Agile Coaches: Agile professionals who coach or consult organizations on Scrum and product development. Looking to enhance their knowledge to better support and mentor Product Owners.
- Product Leaders/Managers: Companies that want to upskill their product teams, especially those in leadership roles. To achieve excellence in product ownership and leverage advanced Scrum practices for business success.
- Product Owners Preparing for PSPO III: However, this is not a PSPO III course but it can help Individuals specifically preparing for the PSPO III certification exam need a rigorous and structured program to hone their skills.
- Scrum Masters Aspiring to Transition into Product Ownership: Scrum Masters who want to move into the Product Owner role and are seeking advanced knowledge to make a successful transition
